In addition to the familiar Blue apps and Prime apps found on the SuperBox S6 and S7, the DingBox D2 introduces 2 exclusive apps: Sun TV and Sun+. Both apps are officially supported, just like the Blue apps.
Sun TV offers over 730 live TV channels in full 1080p HD from countries beyond the US, UK, and Canada, including regions in the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. It features a wide variety of channels, from regional/local networks to sports and entertainment, and the library is still actively expanding.
Sun+ focuses exclusively on adult content, with more than 70 categorized sections and thousands of titles continuously updated. The app requires you to set a password upon first login and enter it each time you access it, ensuring that the content remains secure and private. The content spans multiple regions, from Asia to Europe and Africa, offering a wide range of international material.
The DingBox D2 TV Box, similar to the SuperBox S7 lines, raises the bar with its extended 7-day Time-Shift feature, allowing you to instantly rewatch programs from the past week — no downloads or complicated setup required.
On the DingBox, if you want to rewatch a specific program without manually fast-forwarding, you can use the Playback app, which records nearly 90 channels and organizes them by program and time slot from the past week.
